Meditate – When we meditate it brings a sense of calmness and peace to the mind and body. To begin this process just find a quiet place.
Take some deep slow breaths and try to still your mind from your daily routine. It can just take 5-10 min each day and can be done anytime throughout the day.
Movement, Stretching, Tai Chi, and Yoga are good examples of physical movement that can actually help you to examine your thoughts whether they are moving us towards the positive.
This can help determine if old ideas and habits are holding us back and preventing new ideas and solutions to inspire us. Open your thoughts towards the positive to move you forward.
Mindfulness– is a practice of living in the present moment. Not being dominated or stagnated by bad experiences of the past or fear of the future.
