Self Care in Challenging Times

These are challenging times for many and our hearts have never been more open and focused on our gratitude for the people in our lives.
Let’s continue to support one another by doing our part with staying at home and practice social distancing.
We are becoming a global community and we are united in our prayers and intentions for healing.

My Kindness Challenge consists of Self Care in these 4 ways:

1)Take at least 5 minutes a day to go within and sit in silence.
2)Stay grounded with meditation
3)Eating nutritional foods
4)Getting plenty of rest

Remember to follow your intuition and connect with your friends.
When you have the thought of someone you haven’t spoken to lately, connect with them.
This is the time to check on one another. It’s a “WE” collective consciousness and we will get through this together.
